Shipping costs are handled according to the principle of responsibility attribution: For returns due to the merchant's responsibility, we will bear the international shipping and customs clearance fees; for returns due to personal reasons, the returnee must bear the relevant logistics costs.

Once the returned goods have been inspected and approved by the warehouse, a full refund will be issued via the original payment method within 7 business days.
